I am present for all inspections and appraisals, etc., and have a team of professionals to help with whatever you need that will enhance your sale, including flooring pros, electricians, painters, contractors, etc. If you need it, I can find it. "It was a long journey from the time I decided to sell the property. That was not because of the market or Ginny's efforts. Quite the opposite. From the very beginning, Ginny was instrumental in the success of the pursuit. She made a thorough visual inspection and advised on what had to be repaired or replaced to put the property at the top of the market. She clearly explained what "no repairs", "some repairs," or "all the repairs" would do for me on the market. She gets ahead of the game by scheduling pest inspections early and providing access to contractors. During my process of remodeling and repairing, she went out of her way and out of her own pocket to purchase and replace little things like a more pleasing porch light fixture and a few improved light bulbs here and there that she felt would illuminate an area better. I can build most anything, but I was told by my father that "a man can build a house, but a woman makes it a home". That's what Ginny's advice did for me, and in the long run, it returned my repair costs by 150% in the sale. Ginny's character makes her a friend as well as a partner.
